Update on the gang at Mary's

Some of last years gang have been coming in for regular visits at Mary's. Winnie actually came back to the pen and had 4 adorable kits in the den box in there! She brought them out the other night for a little exploring in the woods.
Meeko and Tugger were hanging around together raiding Mary's bird feeder! LOL Both either have kits somewhere or are going to it appears! I got a quick hello from them while they scurried about eating and avoiding the very protective Winnie!
Seeker was chilling out on top of the den box near the feeding station keeping a safe distance from all the hormonal females! More than happy to get a little back scratching from mom though!
Ran into Buster about a week or so back...he seemed a little slow and sore but he was walking and climbing fine and happy to say hi to mom too!

The cuteness continues.

Mother!!!! Are you going to come in and play with us or what!
Seeker (aka Dumbo!!) Still waiting for him to grow into those ears!

Stinky...one of the terrible twosome.

Fun in the hammock with Seeker....

Clover.....

Stinky again.....

Nosey, the other half of the terrible twosome....

Clover again.....

Tugger making her way to mom's lap.

Little Teddy masters the big trees.

Growler wrestling in mom's lap as usual!

Tugger splashes around.

Seeker wants up into mom's lap.

Teddy in all his cuteness.

Clover tugging on the string holding my sweatpants up!

Stinky

Buster sees something interesting out there.

Clover reclines in the hammock.

Growler says Mom!! Pick me up!!!!

Went out back last night and ran into Red, Belle, Foxy, Daisy and Popeye. Popeye is limping again but quick enough to run away and climb trees so I think he'll be fine. I'll keep going out to check on him. Since I let Screech go (again!) the other night, they have the cage for refuge if needed. There were lots of other eyes out there but no one else came in to pay a visit.

Awwwwww!

How cute are they!?? Almost as cute as raccoons. Here are 7 orphaned bunnies I ended up with Monday. I've been a busy girl adding these guys to the feeding schedule! I'm no expert on the bunny rehab though! Luckily for me JoAnne is!! She gave me all the info I needed to care for these delicate little guys until she was able to pick them up today. Now they are in the hands of the best and I should see them again soon when JoAnn brings them back here to release them!

Some more playtime for Tosser and Mohican and a little snooze for Tugger in the afternoon mixed into these pics. How relaxed does she look on that shelf! Silly girl!

Updates on everyone!

Here we have the twins....the terrible twosome themselves....Stinky & Nosey sucking down dinner! It is the only time they sit still and it only lasts about 4 seconds!

Next we have Tosser & Mohican. Look how big our Tosser boy is getting! He's the one on top.

Mohican gives us a couple poses for the camera. He's a little darker and bigger than Tosser.

Tosser says Hi everyone!! Look at what a little fluff ball he is! He's got long wavy fur compared to Mo's smooth coat.

Last but not least....the wild older crew! Today was their first day spending some time in the smaller section of the big boy pen. They loved it! They had trees to climb, den boxes to explore and dirt to dig in. It's only a matter of time before they can go out there permanently.

Buster looks down from the den boxes.

Seeker finds some pine needles to play with.

Growler stops for a picture.

Teddy perches on the top of a tree.

Growler, Buster & Tugger all want the top of the tree!

Buster heads for the top.

Growler checks out Teddy. Look how petite Teddy is. Tugger is petite like him too. I can't believe Tugger & Growler are siblings. Tugger is tiny like Teddy and Clover, Growler is bigger like Buster & Seeker.

Everyone likes this tree!

Buster plays with the pine needles.

Seeker discovers the hammock.....and loves it!

So there's this years crew for now. They are all doing great and getting along very well. Pretty soon the twins will be joining them.....God help them! I hope the twins don't drive the big kids crazy!

The gang out back was released again. Popeye managed to get out all on his own and I found him in the den box on top of the pen. So I opened the door to let the rest of the crew out. All their wounds have healed nicely and hopefully they learned their lessons and will do a better job avoiding conflict out there!

Silly and her adorable kits were down at the feeding station and Smokey showed up but decided not to chance going up on the platform with a mom and her babies up there....even if it is his sister!

The boys meet the girls.

Buster, Seeker, Tugger and Growler are officially together in one big happy group now! Aside from a little competition over the bowls at feeding time, they are getting along great. Tugger is the smallest of them all but I tell ya, she is definitely the boss!! I don't have to worry about her getting pushed around.

The gang finishes up their dinner with a little dry kibble to forage and crunch on.

Seeker seems to like eating from atop his favorite orange stuffie!

Buster debates....do I drink it or play in it?.... while atop the water bowl. Luckily he chose to drink it this time....less mess for me to pick up!

And the ever tough Tugger talks to mommy while I take her picture!

Clover has also been moved out to an adjoining cage to this rowdy crew so he can get used to them and eventually join them as well. He'll be so thrilled to have someone to play with finally!
