The final stop before release.

Well, we did it. Laurie and I got the rest of my crew over to Mary's yesterday. We spent the day transporting the last 8 in 3 trips then cleaning and enhancing the cage and just having fun watching them play and enjoy their new big pen! Mary's neighbor happened to be ripping out bushes and cutting down trees so we scavenged lots of great shrubs, trees and grapevines to put in the cage for them to climb on and play with. It looks awesome....like they are out in the wild already!!!
Here's my boy Buster getting ready to go. No problems catching that mamma's boy. Seeker went with him...had to get him out because Mr. Protective was coming after us again when we were trying to catch some of the others.
Teddy, Growler & Tugger went next...no problems getting them to come to mom and putting them in a carrier. Stormy, Thunder & Huffer were the difficult ones, but with everyone else gone they all just hid in one den box. So we just screwed a board over the entrance so they couldn't get out and brought them over in that! Much less effort on our part, and less stress for them!
Here they are peeking out of the hole trying to figure out what the hell is going on!

And now...a look at the day in pictures...our new extended family of 15 playing and having fun together while they get used to their new home before their great adventure out into the wild!!
